1. How to Add New Complaint
- Log in to your account
- On the home screen, tap on Add Complaint or Request tab
- Navigate to the Complaints section
- Get photos/videos or you can skip.
- Fill in the complaint details (e.g., title, description).
- Submit the form. You will receive a reference number for tracking.
2. How to Add a New Request
- Log in to your account.
- On the home screen, tap on Add Complaint or Request tab.
- Navigate to the Requests section.
- Fill in the request details (e.g., title, description).
- If you want, you can attach a file, but it's not compulsory.
- Submit the form. You will receive a reference number for tracking.
3. Review the Latest Complaint or Request
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the home screen, tap on Latest Complaint/Request section.
- Click the Details button.
- View the status and details of the complaint.
4. Complaint and Request History View
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the History section.
- View a list of all your past complaints and requests.
- Tap on any entry to see detailed information and status.
5. How to Change Language and Logout
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Select Language to change the app’s language.
- To log out, go to the Settings menu and tap on Logout.
